Free Your Mind with a trip to Northcoast Marine Mammal Center

This Marine Center is about Rescue, Rehabilitation, Release and Educate. It has a tiny little shop off of Front Street along the road where cars park to watch the ocean. The address is 424 Howe Drive in Crescent City. Their website is northcoastmmc.org located a bit off the beaten track than other businesses. Nonetheless, their cause is a worthy one and certainly you will not regret popping into this lovely little shop and/or donating to their cause.

The business consists mostly of gift shop items such as stuffed marine animals, puzzles, sweatshirts, T-shirts, books etc. As mentioned, they help these mammals recover and reintroduce them into the ocean. Of course, education on how to minimize injury in the first place is key.
